A. Booking & Payment

Bookings are to be made in advance through our dedicated system powered by class for kids, or by directly contacting Joel via his phone number or email.

You can pay by card on the page or if you are bank transferring it is to be paid in full the day before the first day your child(s) attend camp. If you are paying cash this must be brought in full on your child’s first day on camp. Please still book on but choose the payment option you require on class for kids.

Failure to make payment by the specified date may result in your booking being cancelled and the space offered to another participant.

B. Refunds Policy

Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the first day of attendance at camp will be refunded in full.

Bookings cancelled less than 7 days before camp will incur a £5 charge per day your child is signed on.

If your child becomes ill or extenuating circumstances are presented within 24 hours of the planned camp attendance, we offer that you can ‘bank’ the paid days for camp to be used on future camp days as we know problems can arise last minute.

C. Clothing and Personal Items.

We advised that all children should attend in appropriate sports clothing, including suitable trainers (not crocs or heeled shoes).

KRS Education is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

Excessive jewellery is not allowed. In cases where jewellery cannot be removed, it must be covered with medical tape prior to arrival of holiday camp. Please try to ensure your child attends camp without earrings for their own safety.

Children should bring a packed lunch with snacks and a refillable water bottle.

We strongly advise children don’t bring mobile phones and again, KRS cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

D. Health, Safety & Behaviour

Parents/guardians must inform KRS Education of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs prior to the camp starting.

Parents are informed that KRS Education reserves the right to contact parents for early collection of their child from the camp if their behaviour places themselves or others at risk.

E. Drop-off & Collection

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children are dropped off and collected safely by allocated adults at the designated times.

If someone other than the named parent/carer will be collecting the child (such as a friend’s parent/carer or a brother/sister) staff on the day must be informed. We will also require a password for the collection of your child if this is the situation.

F. Photography & Media

Our camps are action packed and full of fun, so the KRS coaches may occasionally take photos/videos for training and promotional purposes.

Parents/guardians will be asked to provide consent during the booking process.

G. Liability

KRS Education has insurances in place but accepts no responsibility for injury, loss or damage except for any injury arising from KRS Education’s own negligence.

KRS Education accepts no responsibility for injuries sustained due to failure to remove or suitably cover jewellery, as well as inappropriate footwear.

All activities are risk-assessed and staff will take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment.

All staff are fully DBS checked and experienced working with children

H. Have fun

KRS Education’s coaches always look forward to running camps and hopes that all children have fun and come with a positive mindset.

We can’t wait to welcome you on to our KRS camp..
